About this kit
Knit your own Chunky Mohair Scarf Happy Forest No15: an extra-long, cozy scarf in cheerful color blocks. The hand-dyed Happy Forest skein brings a burst of color, combined with soft Royal Blue, Melon, Light Pink and Mint. Light, warm and a joy to wear. A perfect first project: you knit the whole scarf in 2x2 rib (k2, p2). Person in the picture wears our Gaia Cardigan (available as a complete knitting kit)
Clear pattern, step by step
Every step shows a little color block, so you always know which colors you are knitting with. Includes tips for changing colors and weaving in your ends. Available in English, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian.
Yarn: MYPZ Chunky Kidmohair DK, a high-quality, finely brushed mohair. Brushed yarn may shed a little at first; this decreases after a while. You knit with 2 strands held together.
Gauge: 7 sts x 8 rows = ± 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 15 mm needles.
Tip: do you knit looser than our gauge? Then you will need more yarn. You have just enough of most colors, so keep an eye on your yarn while knitting.
