You must meet the following conditions:
- Only items purchased via mypz.nl are eligible for return.
- Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to return the item(s). After this period, the purchase can no longer be cancelled and is considered final.
- Please notify us via info@mypz.nl, stating which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- You will receive an email from MYPZ with further return instructions. Items must always be returned in their original packaging and sent back to MYPZ.
- As stated on the product pages, made-to-order items cannot be returned, as they are produced especially for you.
Return shipping:
- Within Europe: We can provide a return shipping label. The return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.

United States, Canada & Australia:
- If your order was shipped with DHL Express, we can provide a return shipping label. The return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.
- If your order was shipped with PostNL Global, you must arrange the return shipment yourself. You are required to provide us with the tracking number so both parties can monitor the return. The return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer.
- The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days after we have received your return shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the consumer.
- Any chargeback costs, including taxes and customs clearance fees, are at the expense of the consumer.
- In the event of complaints or damage during transport, you must contact MYPZ first via info@mypz.nl.
- Unstamped or insufficiently stamped return packages will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for return.
